GolfNow - Mobile Check-In Redesign
Led the research to redesign the mobile check-in feature on the GolfNow app, resulting in a significant usability improvement, raising the SUPR-Q score from 2.86 to 5, and driving an +294.8% increase in mobile check-ins post-launch.
NBC Golf - ProfileS Unification Design
Drove the foundational research for one of NBC Sports Next's biggest design and product initiatives of 2024, strategizing research plans and delivering insights that directly informed key design and product decisions.
GolfNow Compete - Handicap Index Integration
Spearheaded the research efforts that were instrumental in the design and product process of creating a feature from the ground up. The research conducted in this project served as a crucial pillar, informing both design and communication strategies.
GolfPass - Video Rating Design
Developed and executed a proof-of-concept research plan that yielded substantial data, informing critical business and design decisions for implementing a rating system on GolfPass, which resulted in a 61% increase on content consumption on the platform.
Tripadvisor - Building an ai travel assistant
Led long-term research for Tripadvisor’s AI travel-planning assistant, running continuous studies and iteration that transformed user insights into major product wins. This research work boosted satisfaction to 55%, reduced dissatisfaction to 32%, improved ease-of-use to 72%, raised upvotes to 82%, and increased return visits by 48%.
